Meet prospective new customers in a
casual, social environment.

The month of March brings to mind melting snow, the last blast of Winter, St. Patrick's Day and, if you have children . Spring Break. It's also time for WPPC's highly anticipated Publishing Suppliers Expo.

Held at the end of a busy day, from 4 to 7 pm, it's a perfect venue for publishing production professionals from magazines, catalogs and graphic design firms, along with other buyers and executives, to witness what a variety of different vendors have to offer. This is a great opportunity to socialize with old and new friends. Delicious hors d'oeuvres will be available and each guest will receive two free drink tickets.

We are pleased to invite you to take advantage of this amazing opportunity to showcase your company in front of 200 or more industry professionals. Every effort is being made to attract legitimate print and paper buyers, designers and other publishing professionals to populate the exhibit hall.
  • We are planning a special attraction that will entertain our guests in the exhibit hall, that will not detract from your ability to confer with prospects.
  • We will be offering a cash door prize at the end of the evening. To be eligible for the grand prize, attendees must visit every exhibitor to have their card hi-lited and must be present to win.
  • We are including two free drinks for attendees, with a modest admission fee of $15. Plenty of hot hors d'oeuvres will be available.
  • We will also be giving away door prizes in the exhibit hall throughout the evening, provided by our exhibitors. Door prize contributors will be recognized from the podium as their prizes are awarded.

Exhibitors

Eight-foot tables are only $325, which includes admission for one representative. Each additional person from the same company will be charged a nominal $25. Additional tables are $200. Electrical connections are available for $25.
